Hometown Heroes Program

At RC Homes, we’re committed to opening more doors to homeownership for the heroes who strengthen our communities —including first responders, educators, healthcare professionals, and active service members who help keep us safe. As a small token of our appreciation, when a Hometown Hero purchases a new RC Homes residence, they’ll receive a $5,000 credit toward their new home*. It’s our way of giving back to those who give so much—thank you for all that you do.

*The promotional $5,000 credit is available on new home contracts executed after 4/25/25. Buyers represented by a Broker are not eligible.
