Referral Program

The $2,500 referral reward will be made payable upon the timely close of escrow by the homeowner of an RC Homes, Inc. affiliated new-home for-sale community. For the homebuyer to receive the $2,500 credit (which may be applied to closing costs or design center options), the homebuyer must bring in completed form on their first visit. Brokers/ Realtors® are not eligible. Rewards are valid for purchase agreements that close escrow within 30 days of home completion. Referral rewards not valid on homes that close escrow after 4 (four) calendar months of completed registration. The registration card must be presented to the Community Sales Manager upon initial visit. Referral Rewards are subject to change at any time without prior notice. A person may not refer themselves. If a purchase agreement is terminated for any reason, RC Homes, Inc. will not be responsible for paying a reward to the referrer. Additional restrictions may apply.
